The British motorsport and advanced engineering group Prodrive appointed Decorum to oversee the acquisition of a 100,000 sq. ft. facility from DB Symmetry and British Airways Pension Scheme near junction 11 of the M40. Decorum advised on legal, financial and construction issues ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
