Decorum are managing a mixed-use development with occupiers McCarthy Stone, Greene King and Costa in this growing district of the city after being appointed by Henry Davidson Developments. The scheme will provide a retirement complex of 45 apartments, a pub/restaurant and drive through on the 3.2-acre site to be delivered mid-2017.
